Returns & Refunds
At KT Apparel Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Please read through our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand the process and your rights.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item(s) must be returned with all original packaging (e.g., boxes, bags, tags).
The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.
If your return meets the above criteria, we will be happy to process your refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return your item(s), please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at payment@katiewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Prepare the Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the Return Authorization Number to the package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same procedure as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Exchange Fees: If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
To initiate a return for a damaged or faulty item:
Contact us at payment@katiewear.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Please include photos of the damaged or faulty item(s) to help us assess the situation.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label and offer you a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items received after this period unless the product is faulty.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry).
Gift cards or vouchers.
Final sale items or items purchased with a discount (as stated at checkout).
9. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you are returning a gift that was purchased for you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item(s). The gift card can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
