International Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to many international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

    Delivery time: 3-5 business days (within the UK)

  • Express Shipping:

International Shipping Options:

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey via the respective courier’s website.

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All jewelry is packaged in high-quality boxes to protect the pieces during transit. If you are purchasing a gift, you can opt for gift wrapping at checkout for a special presentation.


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays. If there is a delay with your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe that an item is missing, please contact us immediately at payment@katiewear.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.


8. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information.


9. Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid residential or business address.
